Kelly Transport is proud to be an Australian, family-owned and operated business for three generations, and we’ve been delivering reliable, cost-effective freight services to Australian businesses for over 50 years.

Our story began in 1974 when John Kelly bought a truck to transport shop supplies from Brisbane to Toowoomba. The route - along with John’s friendly and reliable service - proved popular, and demand soon grew for cost-effective and trustworthy transportation services in the area.

In the 50 years since, a lot has changed at Kelly Transport. We’ve grown from one to 34 employees, we’ve established two depots in Toowoomba and Adelaide, and we now operate in Queensland, Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia and Western Australia. We now offer a range of freight, linehaul and logistics services including solutions tailored to your business requirements.

One thing that hasn’t changed is the family behind our name. Kelly Transport has been in the family for three generations, and we plan to keep it that way.
